CLASSES

Female Gymnast on Balance Beam

New Ninja Classes for 3 1/2 and 4 yr olds  and Ninja classes for older children.  

Ninja Classes:  

Think Ninja Warrior, learn to jump on, off and over objects safely.  This class is a combination of free running, tumbling and gymnastics skills.  This is a fun class that is geared to those with all the energy.  Let's run and play together as we learn some impulse control.

Little Ninjas: Ages 3 1/2 to 5 (Co Ed)

(45 minute class, once a week)                                                                  

​

Beginning and Intermediate Ninja:  Ages 5 - 14 (Co Ed)

(1 hour class, once a week)         

 

Advanced Ninja: Ages 5 - 14 (Co Ed)

(1 hour class, once a week)

Learn front and back flips, twisting and much more.

Gymnastics Classes:

​

Parent/Tot: Ages walking to 3 ½                                                             

(45 minute class, once a week)

This is a great chance for your toddler to explore, play and learn social skills.  Parents attend this class with their toddler for a fun play date.  Stations are set up for them to learn to climb, jump, balance, and have fun while burning energy.

Preschool:  Ages 3 ½ to 5 (Co Ed)                                                           

(45 minute class, once a week)

 Students learn the basic fundamental skills of gymnastics in a fun and safe environment.  We work on gross motor skills to improve coordination, flexibility and strength.  This class is full of songs, fun and non-stop.

Recreational Classes:  Age 5 & up (Co Ed)                                            

(1 hour class, once a week)

 All the recreational classes focus on building strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence!  Students are active the entire class with stations to keep them busy until it’s their turn with the coach.  Skills and progressions are based on USA Gymnastics level recommendations.

  • Level 1:  This is an entry level class.  It teaches the basic fundamental skills on balance beam, bars, vault and tumbling. 

  • Level 2 & up:  These classes reinforce the fundamental skills and progress through skills and drills on balance beam, bars, vault and tumbling.

Boys Only: Age 5 & up                                                                               

(1 hour class, once a week)

This class teaches the basic fundamental skills on bars, vault, pommel horse, parallel bars, rings and tumbling.  We focus on building strength, coordination, body control and flexibility.

Tumbling Classes:

​

Beginning Tumbling: Age 5 & up (Co Ed)                                               

(1 hour class, once a week)

 This class is for the athlete that is only interested in learning tumbling.  It focuses on the progressions and the following skills:

  • handstands

  • front and back walkovers

  • roundoffs

​

Tumbling II: Age 5 & up (Co Ed)                                                                

(1 hour class, once a week)

  • front and back handsprings

  • drills for roundoff back handsprings

  • aerials

​

Tumbling III: Age 5  & up (Co Ed)                                                             

(1 hour class, once a week)

  • standing back tucks

  • front tucks

  • advanced tumbling passes

  • twisting

 

Jr. Cheer:  Ages 5 & up                                                                              

(1 hour class, once a week)

This is a fun class that teaches motions, jumps, cheers, stunting, dances and some basic tumbling.  It is a great class to prepare anyone who is interested in trying out to be a cheerleader.  This group have uniforms and will participate in competitions and different community performances such as parades and talent shows. Competitions are optional.
