Cognitive Benefits:  Research suggests there is a link between physically fit children academic achievement Gymnasts learn terminology, rules, and tactics as well as how to follow directions and problem solve.

Gymnastics provides a learning ground for gymnastics skills, as well as wonderful life skills as loyalty, commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship, work ethic, respect, time management, character development, health and physical fitness.
